MORE INFORMATION:
We send all of our orders out with Australia Post with a signature on delivery. This is because they cover 100% of Australian residents and businesses plus have the added bonus delivery to PO boxes, parcel lockers and click and collect.
You will also be given the option to have your parcel left on your door in the tracking e-mail which is sent by Australia Post. Simply click on \”Safe Drop\” within this e-mail and the request will be sent through.
The driver will only leave your parcel if there is a safe place to do so which is also out of the weather. Possum Brush, does not take any responsibility for Parcels that are not signed for upon delivery.
PARCEL TRACKING
Every order will be provided with a tracking number via email. You will receive an e-mail with an estimated date of arrival and also be kept up to date by text message or email, feel free to contact us via email at ( suebug@bigpond.com ).

The Shipping time depends on the location in Australia and the time of the year – 2 days to 2 weeks transit time:
The shipping cost is a flat rate of $25.00.

OUR REFUND POLICY
Under the Trade Practices Act 1974, you may seek a refund if goods:
- Are or become faulty through no fault of your own.
- Are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff.
- Don’t match our description or sample.
- Have defects that were obvious or that we did not bring to your attention.
However the goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in a re-saleable condition, and original proof of purchase be produced.
A credit card statement can be produced as proof of purchase, but this must be supported with a Cash register receipt, when the credit card statement does not clearly itemise the product.
Refunds or credits will only be issued after receipt & inspection of returned goods.
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE MADE TO SAME TENDER TYPE
- Credit or debit card refunds will only be made to the original card.
- CASH refunds will only be made for CASH purchases.
Other reasons for refunds or credits may be considered but we reserve the right to charge a handling or restocking fee of 20%.
