With the recent merging of Mascot into their Taren Point yard, I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate my super early start times. When I voiced my concerns to James, he spoke to the boss and, within a couple of weeks, they started opening at 5:30am, not just for me I’m sure, but it was still great.
I have always found BC Sands to be a very customer service focused company, going out of their way to help my staff and I. Getting us in and out of the yard in a timely fashion.
Your driver David R, was incredibly professional, funny and highly skilled managing to fit the eight 1 tonne bags so tight i could still fit my car. He also enquired about the order of the bags for the project which was a miss on our part as we aren't knowledgeable in this area. I now realise how quick and transactional crane deliveries from other companies have been compared to this.
The response time and support from the sales team on the phone and via email was also amazing.
